Visualizing Migration in the Age-group Population Data

The traditional way to show the distribution of age groups in the population data by year is the population pyramid plot. Animation can be added to show the changes over years. However, the population pyramid plot can not show the migration information, or track the population from a certain age group. This project will develop a new visualization method to display the migration or the change in the age-group population data.

Experimental Study on Short-term Visual-spatial Location Memory

Different spatial measures on memory accuracy resulted in different findings on recency effect. Recency effects were not obtained with some traditional measures.
